What types of wood do you use?

All of our work is solid hardwood construction: walnut, cherry, red & white oak, ash, and maple. There is no particle board or veneer in our shop! We select the lumber, build the piece, and finish it ourselves.

What all can I customize?

At Hillview Furniture Co., we build to order. That means you have control over the size, color, and design of your table. If you don't see what you want on our website, reach out to us and we'll be happy to help your dreams become reality. 

Do you offer matching benches or chairs?

Yes! We have a variety of customizable chair and bench options. Click here for our chairs or here for our benches.

How long does a custom table take to build?

Build times typically range from 6 to 10 weeks, depending on the complexity of your piece and our current workload. We’ll give you an estimated completion date before you order.

Can I have stain samples made to ensure I love the color?

Yes! To request a stain sample, just send us a message via the live chat feature, or call us at (715) 870-1122

Can I change my order after I have already placed it?

Yes! You can make changes to your order within 14 days of placing your order.  Not sure what you want, but you want to take advantage of a promo? Contact us and we can work out a plan together.

How do I place an order?

  • Request a custom quote – Fill out the form on our custom quote page to get started.

Do you require a deposit?

At Hillview Furniture Co., you can choose either upfront payment in full or a 50% deposit. If you choose the 50% deposit option, the first 50% is due prior to your order entering our queue and the last 50% is due after completion of your order, before delivery. You are welcome to come see your unique piece prior to delivery!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all credit cards, checks, ACH transfers, and cash! We also offer financing options through Affirm or PayPal on our website or via invoice. 

Shipping, Delivery & Pickup

Do you deliver? How far?

Yes! We offer an In-House delivery service! We can deliver anywhere in Wisconsin. 

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs are based upon miles from our shop. Delivery rates are calculated upon checkout or when we prepare your invoice. 

Do you bring the product in my home?

Yes! When you opt for Hillview Furniture Co.'s In-House delivery, our team brings each product into your home, fully assembled!

Can I pick up my table?

Absolutely! We will contact you when your order is available for pickup! We recommend bringing moving blankets and straps.

Warrenty & Policies

What is your warranty?

We offer a Limited 1yr Warranty on all products. Lifetime Warranties on in-house joinery are available for purchase.

Can I return my table?

We stand behind our work 100%. If something’s not right due to craftsmanship or materials, we’ll make it right. Since each piece is custom-built, we don’t offer returns after the final sign off, but we’ll work closely with you from the start to ensure you’re thrilled with the result.

Production & Status Updates

How can I check the status of my project?

At Hillview Furniture Co., we have a large queue of orders at any given moment. It is perfectly normal to not hear from us for the first few weeks of the queue. We will keep you updated with any delays or other timeframe changes.

Can I have my order expedited?

Yes! Reach out to us via phone or email and we will work with you to expedite your order to the best of our ability! Please note: rush fees will be added to the total job cost.

We’re a small, husband and wife team, but we respond quickly - usually within an hour or two during business hours.

What are your business hours?

While we are busy working on orders outside of these hours, we are available for communication between 10am-6pm CST, Monday-Friday. Our shop visits are scheduled between 11am-6pm M-F.
